In her own words, Virginia Hudgins, Cleveland
When I was 23 years old I started using meth. I was an I.V. user. My daughter was taken away and it nearly killed me. My son died two years before that at birth. I felt like meth was the only thing left. I grew up in a Christian home. While fighting the spiritual battle with meth, my mom, dad and sister all three were murdered at different times.
This left me alone with no one but the meth. I ended up in jail and all I could hear was God yelling at me to remember what my parents said to me all the time about God. Then I felt completed and not alone. God is not going to leave me alone. He blessed me with a new baby and showed me a way out.
